It is not a class but a gathering so that we are all connected with the group to meditate together.
I will show some images through zoom, but there is no quality sound through zoom.
It could be silent meditation, or feel free to play your favorite music.
Sit on the front of the chair with feet flat on the floor. Or sit with legs crossed comfortably.
Keep the spine and head straight and top of the head lifted up slightly. Lower the shoulders. Have hands naturally resting on the legs with palms facing upward. Close the eyes. Keep a natural gentle smile.
Be mindful of the physical body, breathing, and thoughts.
Simple observe life. Eventually we want to get into the state of thinking of nothing, seeing nothing, hearing nothing, and allow life activities to occur naturally without disturbance.
Mondays 9-10:30pm. 1.5 hours to make sure that superficial distractive thoughts can be cleared and the meditative state can be reached for the body to effectively adjust and balance itself.
